Holzrandsieb Size:Ø 20 cm fine (semolina sieve) Our wood pulp proofing basketsThese traditional wood rimmed sieves are handcrafted in Austria. The fine mesh sieve is ideal for sifting out the bran of freshly milled flour or for simply loosening up flour. The smaller sieve with the coarser mesh is suitable for separating bran from semolina and fits into the larger sieve so that the semolina and bran can be separated in a single sieve pass. This also makes for good space saving storage. The sieve mesh is made of stainless steel
